Tuck Everlasting is a story for children and adolescent. It is about Tuck family who can live forever, not aged because they drink water from spring in the wood. And there is a girl named Winnie foster who wants to go out of his house because she wants to see the world out of his house only. So one day Winnie goes to the forest to see what she can see. And in the forest there is a man who drinks water from spring. She watches the man. After sometimes the man knows that there is a girl there. So Winnie asks him what is he doing and the man ask Winnie what is she doing too. So Winnie gets acquainted with Jesse Tuck. But when Winnie wants to drink from the spring Jesse prevent her. And Winnie kidnapped by his family because she will know the secret.

So the Tuck family tells the secret to her. And while her in Tuck house, she feel comfortable there. Everyone is nice to her. Until the man in the yellow suit come to tell them that he knows the secret too. And he has already made a deal with Winnie’s father, that he will bring Winnie back and change it with the wood. The Tuck do not agree with that and so Winnie. Miles Tuck kills him. She has to be prison and killed. So Winnie helps them to run away because everyone will find out the secret. Jesse asked Winnie to drink the spring so he will come to pick her up some day. But Winnie then decide what do she live for, she has to live with a means. So she do not drink the spring. When the tuck come back, they see that Winnie has passed away.

I think this is a good book. It teaches us to live well. Although it is intended for children but I enjoy reading it. It has romance and fiction of course. It is written in the simply words too. And I like when miles said, “Life’s got to be lived, no matter how long or short”. It is very inspiring me to live my life well and to be grateful with what I have.
